According to the "Administrative Measures for the Public Security of the Civil Driving Aircraft" Article 15, the civilian driverless aircraft is prohibited from
flying over the following areas:
(1) the net empty protection area of the civil aviation airport (temporarily 10 kilometers on both sides of the center line of the airport runway,10 kilometers, and 10 kilometers on both sides of the center line of the airport. The range of 20 kilometers on both ends of the runway is);
(2) the railway, highway and 50 meters on both sides of the railway, 20 meters each of ordinary highways, waterways and their sides;
(3) national organs,communications, water supply ,Power supply, energy supply, dangerous items storage, large material reserves, and regulatory places, such as key areas of national economy, people's livelihood, national security, and public safety.
